The White Horse

Sunday, we visited the white horse of Uffington. There's my two kids walking along the hillside. (This is probably the most amazing development during this trip. My children! Getting along!)










This is our picture of the horse. Three thousand years ago, it was etched into the chalk underlying the soil on the hillside.
