Okay, first of all, I want to credit my husband for almost all the pictures that show up on this blog. He's a good man.
This weekend, we rented a car again and filled the days with yet more travel. When a car is rented, Greg is going to make sure we use it to the max. Saturday, he took Kieron to an indoor climbing center for a lesson. That night, we had Allan and Kathy and their family over for dinner and then went with a group of couples to see a musical about a spiritual revival that swept through Wales in 1904. It was really good and very fun to be out with a group of people. Afterwards, off to the pub for drinks. The kids stayed home with A and K's kids and had a great time.
Sunday morning, off to Tenby, a walled city by the sea in Pembrokeshire. Any time you tell people you are going anywhere in Pembrokeshire, they get this smile and this far away look in their eyes. "Tenby. You'll love it."
This is St. Catherine's island at low tide. We explored an amazing sea arch that you can just barely see. At one time there was a zoo on this tiny island.
We left hours later as the tide was coming in. Access to St. Catherine's was cut off.
And here is Kieron, in silhouette, doing what he loves to do most. Climbing rocks. And with that, I'm finally up to date on this blog.Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone. We love you and miss you all!
